The reference voltage is the basic condition for the device to start. The adjusted reference voltage requires the motor to rotate immediately after the voltage is applied, and the load starts to start. If the motor does not rotate after being pressurized, the reference voltage setting value should be increased. If the motor starting speed is too fast, the reference voltage setting value should be lowered. The reference voltage should be adjusted several times until the load is applied immediately after the voltage is applied. The 110kW motor of our factory is equipped with a soft starter. During the debugging process, when the reference voltage is adjusted to 75% of the rated voltage, the starting current is 500A, and the motor starts quickly. When the reference voltage is adjusted to 4JD% of the rated voltage, the motor starts to slow down. Start, the starting current is evenly increased from 200A to 600A, the motor is started, the current returns, and the soft start is fully met.
2. The adjustment of the starting time has a direct relationship with the starting torque of the motor. The electronic soft starter allows the motor to start ramping from the initial voltage to the full voltage for a set time (0.5 to 2408). If the pump starts to increase the flow rate from 0 to 100%, the water shock can be reduced. The time taken to increase the pump speed change is also increased. This can be achieved by adjusting the start time of the soft starter. The adjustment of the start-up time depends on the specific load, and it is necessary to repeat the test several times to achieve uniform acceleration during the start-up time.
