Tender Number: S03019117SZ0006XM Project Name: China Resources Fengyang County Shimenshan Wind Power Project Target Section Name: 35kV Switchgear and 400V Switchgear Equipment Procurement Bidding Content and Scope: China Resources Fengyang Shimenshan Wind Farm 35kV Metal Armored Fully-Closed Handcart Circuit Breaker Switch The cabinets include: 3-faced fan circuit outlet cabinet, 1 main transformer inlet cabinet, 1 PT cabinet, 1 transformer outlet cabinet for 1 station, 1 surface dynamic reactive compensation (SVG) outlet cabinet, 1 grounded transformer outlet cabinet and 1 side bus sectionalization isolation cabinet; 7 side 400V switchgear; procurement, transportation and service of the above equipment. Main Indicators: Delivery date/construction date: June 30, 2018 Note: Please refer to the bidding documents for details. The bidding documents shall prevail. Bidder qualification requirements 1. Qualification conditions: Independent legal persons registered in the territory of the People's Republic of China, holding a valid business license; bidders must have an ISO-9000 series of certificates issued by an authoritative organization or equivalent quality assurance system certification .

2. Performance requirements: From January 1, 2014 to the deadline for the submission of tenders, three or more projects with the same type of equipment will be put into operation (35kV switchgear and 400V switchgear respectively) and provide supporting documents (Contract home page, supply The contents of the scope, the signing and stamping of both parties).

3. Safety requirements: Type test reports of technical products of the same or higher specifications issued by professional testing organizations (35kV switchgear and 400V switchgear shall be provided separately).

6. Other requirements: 6.1. The bidder (member unit including the bid of the consortium) does not belong to the untrustworthy person identified in the "Credit China" website () or the government's credit information sharing platform at all levels;

6.2 The bidder will be rejected if he has bad behavior in the past and has serious consequences for the affiliated units of CR Power. Bad behavior includes:

6.2.1. In the evaluation process, it was confirmed that there was illegal or irregular behavior;

6.2.2. Serious breach of contract or major contract disputes occurred during the compliance process;

6.2.3. After the successful bid, no contract is signed without proper reasons;

6.3. Patent requirements: If the equipment design scheme is patented, bidders must hold relevant valid patent certificates and their creative patent evaluation reports or related patent authorizations.

6.4. The bidder has not breached any contract in the past three years or has been terminated or made any contract cancelled due to the bidder’s reasons.

6.5. The bidder was not ordered to suspend business, and the property was taken over, frozen and bankrupted.

6.6. This tendering activity does not accept bids for OEM activities.
