The priority order for QD75 to stop processing is as follows:
Deceleration stop < Sudden stop < Immediate stop (1) Deceleration (including automatic deceleration), even if the deceleration until the command turns ON or the deceleration stop occurs, the operation will stop at this deceleration speed.
(2) If the stop signal specified for the sudden stop turns ON or the cause of the stop occurs during the deceleration, the sudden stop processing is started from this point.
