Compared with the first phase of the project, the biggest difficulty in the supply of materials for the second phase of the expansion project is the short supply cycle and large supply, which has led to a sudden increase in supply pressure. In order to achieve on-time delivery, the project department arranges special personnel to update the materials, production and shipping of each material every day, and coordinate and track the manufacturers that are not in accordance with the plan, and correct various deviations at any time.

Arrival is a key link in the supply of materials. The project department arranges three groups of personnel to be responsible for receiving, accepting and handing over the goods. "Receipt receipt must be strictly done 'by comparison, according to the actual account', to prevent any misconduct." How is a 5 MW large fan hoisted?

China's current mainstream wind turbines have a power of 1.5 megawatts, while direct-drive wind turbines have a power of 5 megawatts, which is about 3.3 times that of current mainstream wind turbines. The permanent magnet direct drive 5 MW large-capacity fan is the largest permanent magnet direct-drive fan with the largest single capacity on land in China, with a total height of 100 meters. Compared with the traditional horizontal-axis wind power system, the 5 MW direct-drive wind turbine has no gearbox, which reduces the transmission consumption and improves the power generation efficiency, especially in the low wind speed environment. At the same time, the fan does not have to change the gearbox oil regularly, which reduces the operation and maintenance costs.

However, the installation requirements of the permanent magnet direct-drive 5 MW large wind turbine are extremely high and difficult. Before the demonstration project, there is no successful hoisting scheme in China. The total weight of the fan equipment is 743 tons, the blade length is 62 meters, and the maximum sweeping diameter is 128 meters. When installing, the crane needs to weigh up to 1,250 tons, and the longest arm of the crane needs to reach 138 meters.

At present, there are two main ways of hoisting construction of domestic wind farms. One is to set up a temporary storage warehouse near the site. After the wind turbine equipment arrives, it is stored in a temporary warehouse. When it is installed, it is transported to the hoisting point twice. This method is only suitable. Lifting in small fans.

The other is to directly transport the fan equipment to the hoisting site for storage, no secondary transportation, and the fan equipment is in place at one time, which saves the transportation cost. At present, the fan of 2 MW and above adopts this method. However, this method requires that each hoisting site must have the conditions for storing all the equipment of one fan, and the location for hoisting equipment for large cranes and auxiliary cranes.

The 5 MW wind turbine hoisting of the National Scenery Storage and Demonstration Demonstration Base also adopted the second method. During the hoisting, 4 cranes, one main crane and three auxiliary cranes were used, of which the main crane hoisted up to 1,250 tons and the crane was the longest.
