The "Plan" proposes to provide strong guarantees and measures to strengthen the government guidance, improve the risk investment mechanism, improve the ability of innovation and industrialization, strengthen the construction of talent team, strengthen the standardization of semiconductor lighting and accelerate the development of related supporting industries. The lighting industry developed rapidly during the 11th Five-Year Plan period. Semiconductor lighting technology is a brand-new lighting technology that uses semiconductor materials for photoelectric conversion. The products are non-polluting, energy efficient, and have significant safety and energy saving effects. Shandong semiconductor lighting technology research and industrial development started earlier. It has the State Key Laboratory of Crystal Materials of Shandong University, and has many scientific research achievements in the fields of crystal materials, semiconductor light-emitting devices, solid-state lasers, etc., Jinan, Weifang, Qingdao, Binzhou, Weihai, Jining.
