Qinshang Optoelectronics and Tsinghua University jointly researched and developed high-power, high-safety high-power LED street lamps, achieving major breakthroughs in secondary optics, thermal design, circuit drive, automatic control, and temperature rise control. The indicators such as illumination, uniformity, safety, waterproof and dustproof fully meet the national road lighting standards. The main technical features and breakthroughs of Qinshang Optoelectronics high-power LED street light include: each LED has an independent secondary optical system, the luminous efficiency is up to 90lm/w, the light extraction efficiency is over 90%; the uniformity of the illuminated area is above 0.6. Low thermal resistance structure design and good heat dissipation design ensure that the LED temperature rise does not exceed 30 °C; its multi-channel, reliable constant current source drive circuit ensures the stability of LED operation and the convenience of energy consumption control.
