After triggering the inverted 555 output high level, the VT tube is saturated and turned on, the power supply voltage is added to IC2, IC1, and the KD9561 emits a siren signal, which is amplified by the power switch circuit TWH8751 to push the speaker to sound an alarm. The delay time is up, IC3 is reset, and the alarm sounds.
