Thirdly, for small and micro enterprise users closely associated with the “Internet Plus” action plan, the use of dedicated broadband, access speeds below 8Mbps, and network transformation conditions will be accelerated to 8 Mbps by the end of September . 500,000 small and micro enterprise users are expected to benefit more than 2 million households throughout the year.
