According to sources on April 28, China Mobile will officially launch 4G commercial in August this year, and TD-LTE will be at a new height. The previously rumored version is that the letter will not be the first to issue TD-LTE licenses on May 17th Telecommunication Day, but many communication industry experts believe that the issuance of 4G licenses before August is not reliable, but the failure to issue licenses is not equivalent to TD-LTE. LTE cannot be used commercially, and telecom operators can completely circumvent the restrictions of policies.

Earlier, communications expert Xiang Ligang said on Weibo that the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology has increased the possibility of sending 3 TD-LTE licenses in the same time.

At present, China Mobile has launched large-scale commercial trials in first-tier cities such as Zhejiang, Jiangsu, Guangdong, Shanghai, and Beijing, with field test network speeds up to 30-40 times that of 3G. According to the plan, China Mobile will invest 41.7 billion yuan in 4G deployment this year, and has now invested 20 billion yuan. At present, more than 10 cities have begun testing or trial commercial use. In the future, TD-LTE may involve more than 150 cities.
