With the improvement of the quality of speakers, many high-power, small-caliber, wide-band high-quality speakers are constantly being introduced, which fundamentally improves the sound effect of small-volume speakers. The bamboo tube speaker I made is based on these advantages of the speaker, and it is designed and made according to the principle of bamboo musical instruments. Using a bamboo tube as the box body is not only convenient for obtaining materials, low in cost, simple in tools, but also more convenient in manufacturing process. 1. The power and size of the speaker I use a bamboo tube with a diameter of 152mm and a length of 348mm. I choose a 5-inch woofer with a maximum power of 100W. It is designed and made as a pair of main speakers. It is connected to a strange sound amplifier. The real listening effect is no less than Professionally made wooden fiidek speakers. In addition, according to different needs, we have designed and manufactured different styles of small bamboo tube speakers, such as walkman, multimedia and other two-channel one-piece speakers, and the results are good. Second, the selection of bamboo tube and speaker fixing I selected the bamboo tube according to the diameter of the speaker. The horn can also be selected according to the diameter of the bamboo tube, as long as the inner diameter of the bamboo tube is equal to or greater than the diameter of the horn. The bamboo tube selected as the "U" shape (that is, the bamboo is naturally closed at one end), the speaker is installed at the other end, which is convenient for making a mono speaker. The bamboo tube of the "H" type (that is, the bamboo joint in the middle) is selected to make a two-channel one-piece speaker. The speakers are installed at both ends of the bamboo tube, and the middle is naturally isolated. When it is taken as a "U" shaped bamboo tube, it is extended by 100mm beyond the slub to increase the length of the box and the weight of the box. Regarding the fixation of the horn, if the inner diameter of the bamboo tube is less than the diameter of the horn, the inner wall of the bamboo tube can be removed by one layer until the horn is installed. If the inner diameter of the bamboo tube is not much larger than the diameter of the horn, fix the horn in the bamboo tube with hot-melt adhesive. If the outer diameter of the bamboo tube is equal to the diameter of the horn, fix the horn on the top of the bamboo tube with screws. 3. Inverted phase hole and bracket setting The inverted phase of the bamboo tube speaker is different from other speakers. According to the experiment, if a hole of different size is opened at different positions of the bamboo tube speaker, the sound effect will obviously change, and the bamboo tube speaker I made is used as the inverted hole accordingly. Through various experiments, the position and size of the inverted phase hole are: a rectangular hole with a length equal to the radius of the bamboo tube and a width equal to half of the radius of the bamboo tube from the end of the effective box is equal to the diameter of the bamboo tube. The stand is a tripod used to support the speaker. Take a bamboo tube equal to the diameter of the speaker and 150mm shorter than the speaker. Cut it in half and use half to fix it back to back with one side of the speaker. The height and angle of the stand can be made as required. 4. To deal with the sound absorbing material and the sound absorbing material in the speaker and the weight of the speaker, the sound absorbing material (such as sponge) is placed in the effective box, and the quantity is adjusted according to the actual hearing. The bamboo speaker is small in size and light in weight. It is easy to vibrate, and the speaker is installed at one end of the bamboo tube, and the overall weight is unbalanced. It is necessary to carry out proper weighting treatment by pouring asphalt and stones into the extension of the rear of the speaker. For the two-channel one-piece speakers, the "bottoms" of the left and right speakers are respectively poured, and the weight is determined according to needs. After making, apply two coats of clear paint to make the surface smoother. Because the bamboo tube speaker has the above characteristics, especially the position of the inverted hole, the design size and the adjustment of the sound absorbing material, it can effectively change the sound effect.
