The ADXL327 is a complete small, low power, three-axis accelerometer that provides signal-conditioned voltage output. With a full-scale acceleration measurement range of ±2 g (minimum), the product measures static gravitational acceleration in tilt detection applications as well as dynamic acceleration due to motion, shock or vibration. The user selects the bandwidth of the accelerometer using the capacitors CX, CY and CZ on the XOUT, YOUT and ZOUT pins. The appropriate bandwidth can be selected depending on the application. The X-axis and Y-axis bandwidths range from 0.5 Hz to 1600 Hz, and the Z-axis bandwidth ranges from 0.5 Hz to 550 Hz. The ADXL327 is available in a small, thin, 16-pin, 4 mm &TImes; 4 mm &TImes; 1.45 mm plastic leadframe chip scale package (LFCSP_LQ).
