(3) Project location and content: The project is located at the Second Bridge of the Yellow River in Beijing-Fuzhou Expressway. A total of 230 street lights are repaired and 230 advertising light boxes are produced. The content includes cable laying, lamp repair, light box production and installation, camera column installation and other projects.
2. Contract segmentation and planned construction period:
The tender for this project is divided into a contract section with a planned construction period of 30 days.
3. Qualification review: Prequalification is adopted.
4. Qualification and performance requirements:
Bidders must have Level 3 or above qualifications for secondary or urban and road lighting projects in electrical and mechanical installations.
Bidders shall have independent legal personality and have a good reputation. This project does not accept bids in the form of a consortium.
5. The tenderee does not organize on-site inspections.
6. This contract section submits RMB 10,000 (check) as a bid security;
