2. Introduction of process flow

6. Application experience

Of course, there are also some shortcomings such as: The smart200 plc body controls up to three axes, and there is no corresponding positioning module, and many customers’ products have more than three axes; although this PLC has 4 high-speed counters, it is because of some high-speed counters. When sharing input points and dual-phase counting, it affects the use of other counters, and it seems that there are too few channels; the SMART 700IE touch screen has too long a boot time and low sensitivity, and many customers have responded; SIMATIC WinCC flexible 2008 programming software is too large, and the software is too large.
