The liquid crystal display module is used in many places and is widely used. However, we do not know that when a qualified liquid crystal display module is used, it may sometimes malfunction due to unreasonable use, unsuitable conditions, unqualified accessories, or improper installation methods. The reasons and troubleshooting are as follows: 1—Exclusion of irregular display The cause of the confusion may be: the back electrode is suspended, the drive is DC, the power supply fluctuates, the contact is poor, the battery is exhausted, and the like. Can be excluded for different reasons. 2—Exclusion of faint display After the assembly, the pen segment that should not be displayed is also faintly displayed, so that it cannot be read. The reason may be that the leads are not clean. Wipe it off with a dry cloth. The weather is too hot and the glass surface is conductive. It can be restored after drying indoors. The common electrode or segment electrode is suspended and can be eliminated after reinstallation is reliable. The amplitude of the AC square wave is asymmetrical, which causes the cutoff to be unclear, and the square wave amplitude can be adjusted. The conductive rubber stripe is not square, non-parallel, and the insulation performance is poor. Replace the conductive rubber strip. 3—Exclusion of contrast difference Poor contrast, or negative image, or display confusion, or all display, generally due to the back electrode floating, can be eliminated. 4—Exclusion of intermittent display The function is turbulent, can't be adjusted, and the display is intermittent. The reason is that the power supply voltage is abnormal and the battery is exhausted. At this time, the battery needs to be replaced. 5—Exclusion of chaotic display External disturbances may also cause display confusion and eliminate interference. 6—“writing†exclusion After a few hours or days of use, the electrode is discolored and appears black and brown "writing", and the liquid crystal cell generates bubbles so that it cannot be displayed. This is due to the fact that the DC component of the driving voltage is too large, causing electrochemical anti-blood. Check the circuit and replace the oversized DC component with a new LCD module. When the "writing" is just present, the liquid crystal display device can be heated to above the storage temperature. Even if the display surface of the liquid crystal display module is all black, the temperature rise is stopped, and after the natural cooling, the "writing" can be generally removed. 7—Exclusion of all displays The decoder is normal, but all pixels are displayed. Generally, the back electrode is not connected, and the floating or back electrode is connected to the DC. 8—The reason for the lack of stroke display and its elimination The electrode leads are contaminated, resulting in poor assembly contact. The conductive rubber is stained, resulting in poor assembly contact. The above two items only need to be cleaned and reassembled. Do not touch the cleaned parts with your hands during assembly. The edge of the glass is broken and the outer lead conductive layer is scratched. The assembly press frame is not suitable. An EV cable, also known as an electric vehicle cable or charging cable, is a cable used to connect an electric vehicle to a charging station or power source. It is designed to safely transfer electrical power from the charging station to the vehicle's battery, allowing for the charging of the electric vehicle. EV cables are typically made of high-quality materials that can handle the high voltage and current required for charging an electric vehicle. They often have specialized connectors on both ends, with one end connecting to the charging station and the other end connecting to the vehicle's charging port.
The length of an EV cable can vary, but they are typically long enough to reach from the charging station to the vehicle without any issues. Some EV cables also come with additional features such as built-in safety mechanisms, LED indicators, or even smart charging capabilities.
It is important to choose the right EV cable for your electric vehicle, as different vehicles may have different charging port types or require different power levels. It is recommended to consult the vehicle's manual or contact the manufacturer to ensure compatibility and safety when selecting an EV cable.
