NeoPac Introduces World's Brightest Single-Package Point-Source LED Products

NeoPac Optoto, a subsidiary of the NeoPac Lighting Group, has launched the world's brightest single-package point-light source LED products, claiming that the patented system-in-package LEDs have a light output of more than 1000 lumens. The illuminator is assembled at Cotco and uses Cree's EZ1000 LED chip. The illuminator's luminous flux efficiency is 50 watts per watt and the junction temperature is maintained at 70 watts.

The NeoPac Light Engine is a system-in-packaged light source component that seamlessly integrates the first LED package manufacturing and secondary thermal management solution. Most importantly, the 1000 lumens light output is measured at 25 degrees ambient temperature and 20 watts. Through the patented micro heat pipe on the heat dissipation module, the LED junction temperature of the illuminator is controlled below 70 degrees. At 350 mA, the illuminator has a luminous efficacy of 70 lumens per watt and an initial luminous flux of 1100 lumens at 20 watts. Its lumen output has an initial decay rate of only 9%.
